⚠️ Special Conditions (Weather, Safety & Ground Force Majeure)
Weather & Safety Cancellations: Adventure sports and mountain treks are subject to natural conditions (e.g., heavy rainfall, landslide risk, local admin bans). If BeLive cancels a trip prior to departure due to unforeseen safety risks, participants will receive a 100% Trip Voucher valid for 1 year across any BeLive event.
On-Ground Itinerary Changes: If weather or route conditions force us to alter the itinerary mid-trip for safety reasons, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the itinerary.
Seat Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your seat to a friend at least 48 hours before departure at no extra charge (subject to identity document verification).
Refund Processing Time: All eligible cash refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
