Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payments

We keep our group sizes small (strictly 10–12 travelers) so everyone gets an authentic, unhurried experience. Because of this, holding a spot means we immediately start locking in your village homestays, local vehicles, and trek permits ahead of time.

  • To Reserve Your Seat: A small advance deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your slot.
  • About the Advance: Because these funds go directly toward upfront ground arrangements with our local mountain hosts, the advance deposit is non-refundable.
  • The Remaining Balance: The cancellation percentages apply strictly to the remaining balance amount paid beyond your advance deposit. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to departure or during the pre-trip briefing as specified in the batch details.

2. Physical Fitness & Medical Responsibility

Participants must ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the trip difficulty level (Easy, Moderate, or High-Altitude).

Any pre-existing medical conditions (asthma, heart issues, joint injuries, severe allergies) must be disclosed to the BeLive trip lead prior to departure.

3. Safety & Leader Authority

Safety is our top priority. All participants must strictly adhere to instructions given by certified BeLive trip leaders and technical riggers.

BeLive reserves the right to terminate a participant’s journey without refund if their behavior jeopardizes the safety or well-being of themselves, the group, or the local community.

4. Code of Conduct & Safety Vibe

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior towards fellow travelers, local hosts, or staff.

Consuming alcohol or illegal substances during technical activities (e.g., rappelling, night trekking, high-altitude pushes) is strictly prohibited.

5. Personal Luggage & Valuables

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, gear, and valuables. BeLive is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during transport or on the trail.
